Synthesis of sodium fluoroacetate from commonly available chemicals

Beeing frustrated with the lack of availability of sodium fluoroacetate i devised a synthesis from 1,1,2,2-Tetrachloroethane and some more common chemicals. I do not even intend to actually apply this method. I am merely trying to prove a point and am not satisfied with not having access to something.

The product of this chain is then treated with sodium hydroxide to get the sodium salt of the Fluoroethanoic acid.
